Deine Aufgaben:
Du bist die Stimme von Liebl & Frank und sorgst für einen positiven ersten Eindruck bei unseren Interessenten.
Du führst Gespräche mit Geschäftsführern und Inhabern – keine Sorge, wir bereiten dich bestens darauf vor!
In Schulungen lernst du wichtige Fähigkeiten wie Kommunikation, den Umgang mit Kunden und wie du am Telefon überzeugend wirkst.
Mit Unterstützung deines Mentors entwickelst du dich kontinuierlich weiter und gewinnst an Selbstvertrauen.
Durch Übungen und Rollenspiele festigst du dein Wissen und fühlst dich sicher in deinen Aufgaben.
Nach deiner Einarbeitung übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich die Gespräche und Pflege unserer Kundenkontakte.
Du arbeitest in einem strukturierten Umfeld mit klar definierten Aufgaben und Rollen.
