• Asset Management: Du baust unser IT-Inventar auf und pflegst es kontinuierlich – Endgeräte, Peripherie, Lizenzen und Gerätezuordnungen immer im Blick

• MDM: Du administrierst und konsolidierst unsere Mobile-Device-Management-Umgebung – von Enrollment und Konfiguration bis zum Lifecycle-Management von Notebooks und Mobilgeräten

• Onboarding: Du stellst neue Endgeräte standardisiert für unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter bereit – App-Deployment, Enrollment, Übergabeprozess

• IT-Procurement: Du wickelst Hardwarebestellungen auf Basis definierter Gerätekonfigurationen ab

• Cloud Migration: Du unterstützt die strukturierte Migration unserer Fileserver-Ablage nach Microsoft SharePoint – inklusive Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen

• 1st-Level-Support: Du bearbeitest Incidents aus Restaurants und Verwaltung – von Connectivity und Peripherie über M365-Konfiguration bis zu Drucker und Outlook

• Rollouts & Standortprojekte: Du unterstützt technisch bei der IT-Einrichtung neuer Standorte – WLAN-Infrastruktur, Access Points, Konnektivitätslösungen
