DEINE ROLLE
Als Werkstudent im Recruiting (w/m/d/x) unterstützt du das EMIL Recruiting Team über den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess für Tech- und Non-Tech Profile. Du arbeitest dabei eng mit unserem Senior Recruiter zusammen und bekommst einen ganzheitlichen Einblick in moderne Recruiting-Strategien und die Arbeit eines Recruiters. Neben dem Daily Business bekommst du auch die Chance an kleineren Projekten mitzuwirken, diese selbstständig zu bearbeiten und uns damit zu unterstützen, die besten Talente für unser Team zu gewinnen.
WAS DICH ERWARTET
- Active Sourcing & Talent Identification:
Du identifizierst und sprichst aktiv passende Kandidaten über Plattformen wie LinkedIn an und unterstützt beim Aufbau von Talentpipelines. - Candidate Experience & Prozessbegleitung:
Du koordinierst Interviews, kommunizierst mit Kandidaten und sorgst für eine reibungslose und positive Candidate Journey. - Unterstützung im End-to-End Recruiting:
Du begleitest den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess – von der Stellenausschreibung über Screening bis hin zur Vorbereitung von Interviews. - Datenpflege & Tools:
Du arbeitest mit unserem Bewerbermanagementsystem (Personio), pflegst Kandidatendaten und unterstützt bei der Auswertung relevanter Recruiting-Kennzahlen. - Projekte & Employer Branding
Du unterstützt bei Optimierungsprojekten im Recruiting sowie Initiativen zur Stärkung unserer Arbeitgebermarke. - Sparring mit dem Senior Recruiter:
Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Recruitern zusammen und lernst Best Practices im Talent Acquisition Umfeld.
WAS DU MITBRINGST
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich BWL, Psychologie, HR, Sozialwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR oder Recruiting sind ein Plus – aber kein Muss
- Du hast Freude am Austausch mit Menschen, kommunizierst klar und trittst professionell sowie empathisch auf
- Du arbeitest organisiert, zuverlässig und bringst eine proaktive Hands-on-Mentalität mit
- Auch unter Zeitdruck bist du in der Lage, Aufgaben klar zu priorisieren und pragmatische Lösungen für diese zu finden
