Bei uns laufen KI-Agenten im operativen Tagesgeschäft echter Unternehmen. Sie prüfen Rechnungen, ordnen Anfragen ein, monitoren Förderlandschaften. Nicht im Pitch-Deck, nicht im Innovation-Lab, sondern jeden Tag, ergebnis-relevant. Genau dieser Unterschied ist unsere Arbeit: Zwischen einer KI, die Demo bleibt, und einer, die produktiv läuft.

Wer wir sind

Lucid Labs wurde von Marek Janetzke gegründet, der mit Flightright eines der erfolgreichsten Legal-Techs Europas aufgebaut und verkauft hat. Heute arbeiten wir mit deutschen Mittelständlern und Konzernen daran, KI-Agenten in den Alltag zu bringen. Mit eigener Methodik, wachsendem Produktportfolio und Kunden, die uns für Wirkung bezahlen, nicht für Konzepte.

Eine typische Woche bei uns

Keine Woche sieht aus wie die andere. Eine Woche kann zum Beispiel diese Elemente enthalten:

• Sprint-Planung mit dem Team, Kundenstatus durchgehen, die wichtigsten Aufgaben für die nächsten Tage priorisieren
• Discovery für ein neues Kundenmandat: Recherche in öffentlichen Quellen, Hypothesen prüfen, Briefing für das Erstgespräch vorbereiten
• Sonderprojekte: z.B. Marktanalyse, Recherche für ein neues Produktthema
• Kundentermin vor Ort oder per Video, in dem Du mitmoderierst, das Protokoll führst und am Abend die Next Steps versendest
• Workshop-Materialien, Pitch-Decks oder Kundenpräsentationen vorbereiten
• Sales-Pipeline pflegen, Follow-ups mit Leads, Termine koordinieren

Aufgaben

Was Du übernimmst

• Eigenverantwortung für Teilprojekte in Kundenmandaten, von Discovery bis Go-Live
• Aufbau von Agenten- und Automatisierungs-Workflows mit Claude, n8n und unserem internen Stack
• Vorbereitung von Workshops, Statusupdates und Kundenmaterialien. Klar, strukturiert, auf den Punkt.
• Prozessoptimierung im operativen Tagesgeschäft, intern wie bei Kunden
• Mitarbeit über Geschäftsbereiche hinweg: Beratung, Produkt, Vertrieb, interne Ops

Diese Rolle ist nichts für Dich, wenn

• Du auf eine klar strukturierte Aufgabenliste wartest, statt selbst zu priorisieren
• Du bei Kundenpräsentationen lieber Vorlagen ausfüllst, als Inhalte zu hinterfragen
• Du KI-Tools als „Hilfsmittel" siehst und nicht als Kollegen, mit denen Du täglich arbeitest
• Du ehrliches Feedback persönlich nimmst, statt es produktiv zu nutzen

Du passt zu uns, wenn

• Du Dich vor zwei Wochen das letzte Mal über Deinen eigenen schlechten Output geärgert hast
• Du schon mal einen Prompt geschrieben hast, der 200 Wörter hatte und sechs Beispiele
• Du in 30 Minuten ein Memo schreiben kannst, das ein Geschäftsführer in fünf Minuten gelesen hat
• Dein letzter Studi-Job Dich entweder gelangweilt oder gelehrt hat, was Du wirklich willst

Qualifikation

• Laufendes Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder Verwandtem
• Du hast schon mit Claude, ChatGPT oder vergleichbaren Tools echte Arbeit erledigt, nicht nur Hausaufgaben
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst mit und sprichst es an, wenn Dir etwas auffällt
• Du kannst komplexe Themen schriftlich und mündlich einfach erklären
• Deutsch und Englisch fließend. Kundenkommunikation läuft überwiegend auf Deutsch.
