Wir sind ein Stealth-Startup im Mobility-Bereich, unterstützt von Tier-1 VCs, und definieren neu, wie Prüfzentren für Fahrzeuge aufgebaut und betrieben werden. Mit einem bewährten Expansionsmodell und einer klaren M&A-Strategie werden wir Europa im großen Stil neu gestalten. Unsere Gründer sind Serienunternehmer, die bereits über 80 Mio. USD von erstklassigen US-Investoren eingesammelt haben und gerade eine weitere starke Seed-Runde abgeschlossen haben. Jetzt treiben wir die Expansion in neue Regionen mit Nachdruck voran.

Wir suchen keine Werkstudenten, die Akten sortieren. Wir suchen jemanden, der Zahlen ernst nimmt, Prozesse versteht und Lust hat, echte Verantwortung zu übernehmen - parallel zum Studium.

Aufgaben

• Buchhaltung & Prozesse: Du unterstützt beim Aufbau unserer Accounting-Infrastruktur: Buchungen, Belegprüfung, Kontenabstimmung. Du lernst, wie ein sauberes Finance-Fundament in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen aussieht und wirst Teil davon.
• Finanzberichterstattung: Du hilfst bei der Vorbereitung monatlicher Abschlüsse für Mutter- und Tochtergesellschaften. Deine Vorarbeiten fließen direkt in Reports ein, die vor dem Leadership-Team und Investoren stehen.
• Cash & Liquidität: Du unterstützt bei der täglichen Cashflow-Überwachung und hilfst dabei, Daten für die Liquiditätsplanung aufzubereiten. Du bekommst einen echten Einblick, wie Runway-Entscheidungen getroffen werden.
• Digitalisierung & Automatisierung: Du bringst eigene Ideen zur Verbesserung von Finanzworkflows ein und setzt sie mit uns um. Wenn du siehst, wie etwas effizienter geht, sag es, wir hören zu.

Qualifikation

• Laufendes Studium in BWL, Finance, Accounting oder einem verwandten Bereich, mindestens im 3. Semester.
• Grundkenntnisse in Rechnungslegung (HGB-Grundlagen aus dem Studium reichen als Einstieg).
• Hohe Zahlenaffinität und Detailgenauigkeit. Du prüfst lieber zweimal, bevor du etwas abschickst.
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C2) ist ein Muss. Gutes Englisch für die tägliche Zusammenarbeit im Team.
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen (Praktikum, Nebenjob, Hilfskraft) sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
