This is a full-time, remote role. We work with founders and brands on personal branding, social media strategy, and content. You'll be managing client work end to end — LinkedIn personal branding, Instagram content, calendars, engagement, research, and client communication. You'll collaborate with a team of designers, editors, and an SEO expert. Experience with outreach campaigns — for clients or for business development — is preferred. What we're looking for: 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media, content, or branding. Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt to different brand voices. Organised, self-driven, and comfortable on client calls. AI tools should already be a regular part of how you work. We care more about your portfolio than your years. The role includes a paid trial period. Starting CTC: ₹3L per annum, with growth based on performance.
