At TEILE, we create audio equipment and other devices for DJs and producers. We're currently hiring for a team member to support our small but growing online shop and warehouse in Berlin.
As a member of our team, you will assist with managing our online store, including receiving, packing, and shipping orders. You will also provide customer support by handling inquiries via email in both German and English, and help with technical support and product inquiries.
Additionally, you will be responsible for receiving and storing stock, maintaining the inventory, and fulfilling orders from B2B clients and customers.
Our work environment is fast-paced, with a focus on both physical and desk-based tasks. You will work a 5-day week, typically 30-40 hours per week, with a base salary of €3,125 gross per month, payable on a 40-hour week basis.
Responsibilities
- Handle online shop orders in Shopify: receive, pack, ship, and track shipments
- Customer service by email in German and English, including questions about shipping, delivery times, returns, and complaints
- Provide basic technical support and product assistance — which equipment goes with which setup
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock
- Inventory management, stock optimization, and restocking
- Handle B2B orders and inquiries from customers
- Assist the office and administrative teams
Requirements
- You are reliable and meticulous, more important than a perfect CV — tell us your experiences and what you like about it.
- You can communicate fluently in both German and English.
- You have experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- You enjoy a mix of physical work and desk-based tasks.
- You're ready to tackle heavy boxes and large containers.
