Wir bauen myScribe – eine KI-gestützte Dokumentationslösung, die Ärztinnen und Ärzten den Rücken freihalten soll, damit sie sich wieder auf das konzentrieren können, wofür sie eigentlich Medizin studiert haben: Patientinnen und Patienten. Dazu kommt myScribe Connect, mit dem wir unsere Lösung tief in die Krankenhaus-IT integrieren.
Klingt nach Mission? Ist es auch. Aber wir sind kein Pitch-Deck – wir sind ein Produktteam, das jeden Tag echten Code in echte Kliniken bringt.

Wo wir gerade stehen
myScribe läuft heute dort, wo die Ärzt*innen arbeiten: On-Prem, in der Klinik-IT, bei zahlenden Kunden in der DACH-Region. Trotzdem releasen wir mehrmals pro Woche – Continuous Deployment, Fix-Forward, ohne Wartungsfenster-Drama. Im Gesundheitswesen? Eher unüblich.
Doch der Markt verschiebt sich: KI-Inferenz wird teuer, Kunden öffnen sich für die Cloud, SaaS rückt in den Fokus. Um diesen Wandel – und alles, was noch kommt – aktiv mitzugestalten, bauen wir gerade das Core-Entwicklungsteam auf, das myScribe durch die nächsten Jahre trägt. Sei dabei.

Aufgaben

Du entwickelst end-to-end an unserem Produkt mit – von der API bis zur UI, vom Konzept bis ins Deployment. Du denkst in Features, nicht in Tickets. Du verstehst, warum eine Funktion gebaut wird, und entscheidest mit, wie sie am besten umgesetzt wird. Wenn etwas in Produktion bricht, willst du wissen, warum – und es dann richtig fixen.

• Konkret arbeitest du an unserem .NET-Backend und unseren TypeScript-Frontends, baust und betreust Docker-Container und entwickelst unsere CI/CD-Pipeline weiter.
• Du baust mit am SaaS-Stack, der gerade entsteht – Multi-Tenancy, Cloud-Deployment, Skalierung.
• Und du arbeitest an den Integrationen, die uns einzigartig machen: FHIR, ISiK, KIS-Anbindungen.

Qualifikation

Wie wir arbeiten
Wir sind AI-native. Agentische Coding-Tools wie Claude Code und Cursor sind für uns kein Experiment, sondern Teil des täglichen Werkzeugkastens. Wir gehen davon aus, dass du damit deutlich produktiver bist als ohne – und wenn du gerade noch lernst, wo sie greifen und wo nicht, ist das okay, das tun wir auch.

Wir testen, reviewen und refactorn, weil das der einzige Weg ist, dauerhaft schnell zu bleiben. „Quick & Dirty“ ist bei uns keine Tugend – aber Prozess um des Prozesses willen auch nicht. Eine Idee am Montag, ein erster Rollout später in der Woche ist normal, nicht die Ausnahme. Kein Scrum-Theater, aber klare Verantwortlichkeiten.

Was wir uns von dir wünschen

• Solide Erfahrung als Fullstack-Entwickler:in mit .NET (C#) und TypeScript (gerne mit React, Angular oder Vue – wir streiten uns nicht über Frameworks, sondern entscheiden pragmatisch)
• DevOps-Kenntnisse: Docker ist Pflicht, Erfahrung mit Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure oder vergleichbarem ist ein dickes Plus. Erfahrung mit SaaS-Architekturen und Multi-Tenancy ist hochwillkommen
• Erfahrung oder großes Interesse an Cloud Development und Cloud-Infrastrukturen (z. B. AWS, perspektivisch auch andere Cloud-Plattformen) – insbesondere im Hinblick auf skalierbare und moderne SaaS-Architekturen ein klarer Pluspunkt
• Souveräner Umgang mit agentischen Coding-Tools – du kennst ihre Stärken und Grenzen aus eigener Erfahrung
• Ein echtes Qualitätsverständnis: Tests, Code Reviews, sauberes Refactoring sind für dich kein Overhead, sondern die Grundlage dafür, schnell liefern zu können
• Ownership im besten Sinne: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für das, was du baust – inklusive Betrieb und Monitoring
• Lust auf agile Produktentwicklung in einem kleinen Team, das gerade Fahrt aufnimmt
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1 oder besser – unsere Domäne ist das deutsche Gesundheitswesen)
