Job Description

Als Video Content Creator (m/w/d) bringst du unsere Tragschrauber visuell zum Leben und machst die Faszination des Fliegens für unsere Zielgruppen erlebbar. Du entwickelst kreative Videokonzepte, setzt diese eigenständig um und begleitest den gesamten Produktionsprozess von der ersten Idee bis zum finalen Schnitt. Dabei kombinierst du technisches Know-how mit einem starken Gespür für Storytelling und Markenwirkung.

Du bewegst dich sicher zwischen dynamischen Luftaufnahmen, modernen Social-Media-Formaten und hochwertigen Imagevideos. Ob am Boden, in der Luft oder auf internationalen Messen – du schaffst Inhalte, die Aufmerksamkeit erzeugen und unsere Marke emotional aufladen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Sales stellst du sicher, dass alle Inhalte konsistent, wirkungsvoll und zielgruppenorientiert sind.

Aufgaben

• Du drehst und schneidest ansprechende Videos für unsere Marketing- und Kommunikationskanäle
• Du planst und nimmst auch eigenständig kreative Videoideen auf und bearbeitest Videos – von der Konzeptphase bis zum finalen Schnitt
• Du setzt die Ideen und Konzepte des Marketingteams um und hilfst bei der kreativen Umsetzung
• Du fliegst mit Piloten oder per Drohne mit um Luftaufnahmen zu kreieren
• Du setzt visuelle Effekte, Farbkorrektur und Sounddesign ein, um hochwertige Inhalte zu schaffen und sicherzustellen, dass diese den Markenrichtlinien entsprechen
• Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing und Sales zusammen, um einen einheitlichen Markenauftritt zu gewährleisten
• Du experimentierst mit neuen Formaten und Technologien, um innovative und trendgerechte Videoinhalte zu entwickeln
• Du entwickelst Best-Practice-Templates, die die Effizienz und Qualität zukünftiger Videoproduktionen steigern

Qualifikation

• Du hast die Fähigkeit, innovative und markenorientierte Geschichten visuell zu erzählen, die das Publikum begeistern
• Du bringst Erfahrung in der Produktion und Bearbeitung von Videos mit und beherrschst Tools wie Adobe Premiere Pro und After Effects
• Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in visuellen Effekten, Farbkorrektur und Sounddesign und wendest diese gezielt an, um hochwertige und beeindruckende Inhalte zu schaffen
• Du bist vertraut mit der Bedienung von Kameras, Beleuchtung und Mikrofonen und setzt diese professionell ein
• Du bist versiert im Einsatz von Drohnen zur Videoproduktion

• Du bist bereit zu Zeiten auch am Wochenende zu arbeiten oder zu verreisen (Messen, Events, Kundentermine)
