Wir helfen Menschen dabei, ihre PV-Anlage selbst zu bauen.
Dafür suchen wir eine Leitung für unser Online Marketing in Vollzeit!
Du wirst eigenverantwortlich mehrere Social Media Plattformen betreuen, Videoschnitt und Grafikerstellung für Posts und Thumbnails übernehmen, unsere Marketing Strategie mitentwickeln und dabei tiefe Einblicke in modernes, organisches Marketing, E-Commerce und viele weitere Bereiche bekommen.
Du wirst direkt und eng mit Lennart und Gerrit zusammen am Content arbeiten und direkter Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen rund um Channel Metriken, KPIs, Trends etc. sein.
Wenn du Bock hast auf 100% Home Office und Spaß hast, mit einem kleinen Team kreativ zu arbeiten, meld dich!

- Videoschnitt für unseren YouTube-Channel (Long und short form, Stream und Podcast)
- Erstellung und Vorbereitung von Social-Media-Content
- Social-Media Management für mehrere Plattformen

- Entwicklung neuer Videoideen und Formate
- Schreiben von Skripten für Videos
- Kleine Anpassungen an unserer Website
- Einarbeitung in Themen rund um Photovoltaik
Qualifikation
Wir erwarten keine formelle Qualifikation.
Wir suchen eine*n Allrounder*in mit Erfahrung oder intensiver Lernfähigkeit in allen Bereichen rund um Video editing, Social Media und klassischem Marketing.
Ziel ist es, dass Lennart und Gerrit sich voll auf den inhaltlichen Teil der Longform Videos konzentrieren können und du alles drum herum übernimmst. (Posten, Beschreibungen, Thumbnails, Upload Kalender, Trend Recherche, Video Editing, Shorts Editing, Post Erstellung, Stream managen, Inhalte recherchieren und vorbereiten, Daten aufbereiten für Videos, etc...)
Am wichtigsten ist umfassende Erfahrung im Videoschnitt und Grafikerstellung. Das Management eines Social Media Kanals (vorzugsweise YouTube) ist von großem Vorteil. Wir sind ausdrücklich sehr offen für Berufseinsteiger, Studis oder Azubis, sofern ihr Bock habt auf eine steile Lernkurve und bereit seid, viel und schnell "on-the-job" zu lernen, das ist ganz wichtig! Den Rest können wir euch beibringen und ihr könnt hier definitiv auf die Überholspur wechseln, was eure Skills und Erfahrungen angeht. Just say'in ;)
An technischen Skills erwarten wir alles, was für die oben genannten Aufgaben nötig ist. Wir nutzen alle Werkzeuge und (K.I.-)Tools, die am besten für den Job geeignet sind.
Wichtig ist uns außerdem eine große Lernbereitschaft und schnelle Auffassungsgabe, wir entwickeln uns schnell und stetig weiter. Erfahrungen mit (Selbstbau-)PV-Anlagen wäre von Vorteil, erwarten wir aber nicht.
Du solltest sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse haben und gerne im Homeoffice arbeiten.
