Job Description for Customer Service Representative
Position Overview
We are seeking new Customer Service Representatives (M/F/D) for the Customer Service team, where we support our clients in maintaining their relationships with us, qualifying them for potential clients, and advising them on their career development related to the Steuerberater Examination. No prior experience in tax is required; however, excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Support our team members during their operational activities
- Preparation and consultation for our clients
- Conduct free initial consultations to analyze needs
- Plan and prepare the schedule of our team members' visits
- Attend industry events such as trade shows and seminars for client outreach
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- No previous experience in tax required
- Ability to follow established processes
- Strong organizational skills and discipline
- Strong communication skills with a keen sense of precision
- Good work under pressure
- A pleasant, upbeat, and attractive voice
- Proficient in writing clear, professional German
- No requirement for prior knowledge of steuerrecht (tax law)
Benefits
Salary: 4,300 Euros per month (gross)

Training period typically lasts 2-4 months.
