Intch is a leading professional social network with a marketplace for part-time work, connecting senior specialists with meaningful contracts. The company has a presence in 140 countries and offers support in up to 20 languages. As Intch continues to grow, it is seeking its first full-time designer to join the product-based structure. This role involves being part of early product discussions, turning open questions into production-ready designs, and ensuring that the interface supports communication between people and businesses. The designer will work across all Intch products, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and the current designer. This role requires a strong UI craft, a portfolio of clear, thoughtful interfaces, solid web product experience, the ability to explain decisions through user context, and comfort working with autonomy in a small product company. The role also involves extending the existing UI kit and keeping patterns consistent across products, increasing the share of design work that can move into production without rework, and working closely with AI tools like Figma handoff and clickable prototypes in Claude. The designer should have fluency in English at B1 and Russian. The role offers remote work, open geography, flexible schedule, flat team, and a design problem in a market where the company’s products are used across 140 countries.
