Remote Job Search and Background Considerations

Hey everyone! I'm looking to start working an extra remote job to help cover my skyrocketing rent and car expenses. I've been pondering the pros and cons of remote work, as well as potential entry-level remote jobs. I'm also curious if there are companies that might have more leniency when it comes to hiring someone with a questionable past like mine.

It's important to note that I'm an extremely hard worker and a genuine employee, but I had a bad upbringing and have had to overcome some hurdles in my life. I'm used to meeting with bosses face-to-face, but I'm ready to take on a new work environment. I believe that I can work hard and earn my way, and I'm ready to do so.
