Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders

- Adapt to changing business needs and provide solutions to address them
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively work with remote teams
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Proficient in at least one programming language and experience with related software
- Experience with remote collaboration tools and software
