Role Roadmap
Your primary goal is to grow AI on Kalshi. As a founder, you are expected to be highly energetic, creative, and innovative. You are expected to be smart, creative, and think outside the box. Above all, you must help build a highly effective product.
You are responsible for AI holistically: markets, liquidity, growth, paid, and all of it.
What You'll Do

Market Coverage: Ensure that every AI market that should exist is on Kalshi. Model release predictions, benchmark milestones, lab news, AGI timeline bets, and whatever the community is already arguing about, we should have a market on it.

Growth, Organic: Your main job is to grow AI markets in a way that is not only organic but also results in the highest user acquisition and growth. Work with the AI community to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Growth, Paid: Ideate on and help build static and video assets to run on paid social (IG, TikTok, X, Reddit).

Growth, Affiliates: Recruit AI YouTubers, X accounts, and newsletter writers who already trust and support AI and are looking for ways to monetize their passion for AI.
