Als Treasury Manager (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für das Cash- und Liquiditätsmanagement unserer Gruppe und unterstützen die Geschäftsführung als verlässlicher Sparringspartner in allen finanzstrategischen Fragen. Mit Ihrer Erfahrung treffen Sie fundierte Entscheidungen, behalten den Überblick über alle Zahlungsströme und sorgen dafür, dass wir auch finanziell immer auf der Überholspur bleiben.
Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für das unternehmensweite Liquiditätsmanagement, Bankensteuerung, Cashflow Management und Finanzierungen (Darlehen)
- Überwachung und Optimierung des Cashflows und der Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten
- Finanzdisposition und tägliche Steuerung der Zahlungsströme über mehrere Standorte hinweg
- Pflege und Ausbau unserer Banken- und Finanzierungspartner
- Erstellung regelmäßiger Forecasts, Reports und Analysen für die GeschäftsführungMitarbeit an Projekten zur Finanzoptimierung und Digitalisierung im Treasury-Bereich
- Unterstützung bei internen und externen Prüfungen sowie Jahresabschlüssen
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder Controlling
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Treasury, Cash Management oder Kreditbereich
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Erfahrung mit ERP- oder Treasury-Systemen von Vorteil
- Analytisches Denken, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein strukturierter Arbeitsstil
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
