We’re currently building a structured creator-focused team designed for long-term growth. This is not a short-term Discord project; the goal is to develop something organized, scalable, and sustainable.
We’re looking for reliable people interested in leadership, organization, creativity, and helping manage and grow a team.

Lead Coordinators
Help plan and organize team projects
Keep timelines and goals on track
Check in with team members
Help maintain structure and communication
Assist leadership with day-to-day coordination
Talent Managers
Work directly with creators
Help organize ideas, content direction, and opportunities
Maintain communication between creators and team
Assist with growth planning and consistency
Support long-term creator development
Promotional Managers
Help promote creators and their content
Develop promotional strategies and campaigns
Identify opportunities for creator exposure and growth
Coordinate promotional efforts with Talent Managers
Help maintain consistent promotion across platforms
Content Editors
Edit creator videos and other content
Improve pacing, presentation, and overall quality
Work with creators and Talent Managers on content needs
Meet project deadlines and maintain consistency
Help creators produce polished content
Graphic Designers
Create thumbnails, graphics, and promotional materials
Work with creators and Talent Managers on visual needs
Develop graphics that fit each creator’s brand
Maintain quality and consistency across projects
Assist with promotional and content-related designs
Compensation
Base pay starting at /hour
Additional commission-based earnings available

What We’re Looking For

Comfortable working with creators or online teams
Relevant creative or management experience is a plus
