Arbeitsmodell: Vollzeit im hybriden Arbeitsmodell mit bis zu zwei Homeoffice-Tagen pro Woche sowie einer Reisebereitschaft von ca. 50 %.

Dies ist keine klassische Projektmanagement-Rolle. Gesucht wird eine praxisorientierte Umsetzungspersönlichkeit, die End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Transformation von Arztpraxen übernimmt und direkt vor Ort mit den medizinischen Teams zusammenarbeitet, um nachhaltige Veränderungen zu erzielen.

Aufgaben

• End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Transformation neu übernommener Hausarztpraxen übernehmen (organisatorisch, digital und operativ)
• Bestehende Abläufe analysieren, optimierte Zielprozesse entwickeln und Verbesserungen implementieren
• Die Einführung neuer Software, Tools und Infrastruktur in den Praxen steuern
• Funktionsübergreifende Stakeholder koordinieren, einschließlich medizinischem Personal, internen Teams und externen Partnern
• Praxisteams schulen und begleiten, um eine erfolgreiche Einführung und langfristige Wirksamkeit sicherzustellen
• Transformationsansätze kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln und skalieren, um das deutschlandweite Wachstum zu unterstützen
• Führungskräfte mit Einblicken und Statusupdates versorgen und so zu strategischen Entscheidungen beitragen

Qualifikation

• Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Transformation, Implementierung oder Digitalisierungsinitiativen
• Nachweisbare Fähigkeit, Projekte pragmatisch und hands-on End-to-End umzusetzen
• Erfahrung mit Software-Einführungen oder IT-bezogenen Projekten
• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management und in der Kommunikation
• Solides Verständnis von Change-Management-Prinzipien
• Erste Berührungspunkte mit dem deutschen Gesundheitswesen, z. B. in Kliniken, Praxen, Beratung oder HealthTech, sind ein klarer Vorteil
• Sehr gut organisiert, lösungsorientiert und sicher im Arbeiten vor Ort in operativen Umgebungen
• Fließendes Deutsch auf C1-Niveau sowie gutes Englisch auf B2-Niveau
• Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 50 % zu den Praxen und zum Münchner Hauptsitz
