Aufgaben

• Du wirkst im Bereich des Qualitätsmanagements aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung mit.
• Du dokumentierst und stellst die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards sicher.
• Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und gestaltest Abläufe effizienter.
• Du arbeitest aktiv bei der Konzeption und Durchführung von Trainingsmaßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Gesprächsführung und Servicequalität mit.
• Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Koordinierung und Konzeptionierung der Wissenskommunikation.

Qualifikation

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Du startest ins Berufsleben oder hast schon erste Berufserfahrung im Qualitäts- oder Kommunikationsmanagement (ist ein Plus – aber kein Muss).
• Du bist kommunikationsstark, verantwortungsbewusst und arbeitest gerne im Team.
• Du verfügst über sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten, bist strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenständig.
• Du gehst sicher mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Outlook) um
• Du hast ein unternehmerisches Mindset mit Interesse an Umsatz, Innovation, Wachstum und Kundenerfolg
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch – sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse
