As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering a rapidly growing, market-oriented product towards success. Your duties will encompass formulating the product strategy in tandem with business objectives, translating visions into actionable plans, leading the product-market-fit process using lean, hypothesis-driven, and iterative methodologies, and driving the MVP and delivery efforts.
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Leading the product strategy in collaboration with business objectives and translating the vision into implementable plans.
Product-Market-Fit: Guiding the product from problem-fit through solution-fit to product-market-fit, utilizing narrow, hypothesis-driven, and iterative methods.
MVP & Delivery: Defining MVPs, rapidly testing assumptions, shortening the Time-to-Value, and continuous feature delivery that solves real user problems.
Discovery & Research: Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews (e.g., "Jobs to be Done") to identify growth opportunities.
Backlog & Prioritization: Converting complex data into intuitive product features, collaborating with development and data science teams, and utilizing frameworks like WSJF, RICE for optimal release impact.
Stakeholder Communication: Ensuring clear, realistic roadmaps and ensuring stakeholder alignment through transparent, consistent communication, demos, and ROI updates.
KPI Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (e.g., conversion rate, adoption, churn, NPS, MRR/ARR, CAC, and feature ROI).
Go-to-Market Support: Providing support for product positioning, pricing, and messaging in close collaboration with sales and marketing.
Prototyping & Tech Feasibility: Steering lightweight prototypes/demos in early phases (including coordination with external developers) and evaluating technical feasibility and compromises.
Educational Background: A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or data-driven B2B startup environment.
Track Record: Proven success in leading a product from zero to MVP and beyond (preferably in the context of SaaS, AI, or PropTech).
Methodologies & Tools: Proficient knowledge of Product Discovery, agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and user story development; practical experience with Jira, Figma, Notion, SQL, BI tools, and A/B testing.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of product analysis, business value drivers, and prioritization frameworks (e.g., WSJF, RICE); ability to make clear decisions in the face of uncertainty and strategic pivots when necessary.
Technical Fluency: Solid understanding of software development workflows and architecture, and the ability to effectively communicate with engineering and data science teams.
Hands-on Mindset: Ability to create functional prototypes via no-code/low-code tools or simple scripts, and experience collaborating with external developers.
Soft Skills & Leadership: Exceptional communication skills, strong stakeholder management, growth mindset, and high self-accountability.
Skill Set: Fluent in both German and English (B2 level or higher).
