As AI Developer (m/w/d), you will help build and refine our complete pipeline, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. You will work on creating and improving our productively software systems, making architectural and design decisions alongside the team while ensuring clean, future-ready technology solutions. You will also play a crucial role in integrating machine learning models into practical applications (APIs, pipelines, and services).
With an emphasis on practical experience and a collaborative approach, we aim to enhance and optimize our cutting-edge AI solutions. In addition, you will work with the Product and Business teams to translate complex engineering needs into practical, intelligent solutions.
As a skilled AI Developer, you will be responsible for solving complex technical problems and integrating them into production-ready solutions. You will also be adept in Computer Vision and Multimodal Foundation Models, with a strong interest in OCR, document processing, and layout analysis. You should also have a fundamental understanding of Deep Learning, supervised and unsupervised learning, and Graph Neural Networks.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field, and have five years of experience as a software developer or developer. They should also have experience with Python, C++, and be proficient in English and German.

What We Expect from You
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of the entire pipeline.
- Develop and improve our productively software systems.
- Collaborate with the team to make architectural and design decisions, and ensure clean, future-ready technology solutions.
- Conceive, train, and integrate machine learning models into practical applications (APIs, pipelines, and services).
- Work on Computer Vision applications (documents, images, layouts, OCR-related tasks) and Graph Neural Networks for complex structures.
- Evaluate modern machine learning approaches (both classical ML and deep learning, multimodal foundation models), using them pragmatically and strategically.
- Work closely with the Product and Business teams to translate engineering needs into practical, intelligent solutions.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience as a software developer or developer.
- A strong grasp of Python, C++, and English.
- Experience with machine learning models and algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning).
- Experience in Computer Vision or interested in acquiring it.
- Proficiency in OCR, document processing, and layout analysis.
