Lead Full-Stack Developer - React, Python, and Backend Development
As a Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will lead the development team in the creation of high-quality, user-friendly web applications. You will specialize in React and Python, ensuring that projects are both innovative and maintainable. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in full-stack development who is passionate about creating impactful digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development team in the design and implementation of user-friendly web applications using React and Python.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client requirements.
3. Drive the development process to ensure that projects are developed according to the latest best practices, including continuous integration and automated testing.
4. Work with the development team to create and maintain a robust, scalable, and maintainable backend infrastructure using Python.
5. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, helping to develop their skills and contribute to the team's growth.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry, ensuring that the team remains at the forefront of innovative development practices.
7. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met and that the client is satisfied with the final product.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development using React and Python.
- Strong knowledge of React and Python, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.
- Experience with continuous integration and automated testing, and the ability to manage and maintain a scalable backend infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, with a track record of successful project completion.
