Your Role
At TikTok Shop, we're revolutionizing the way people shop online. We're looking for you to join our team as a Creator Manager (m/f/d) in Cologne, Germany.
As a Creator Manager, you'll be responsible for building a strong network of TikTok creators for our key brands. Your mission: develop strategic partnerships with influencers, turn TikTok trends into successful formats, and drive sales through creative content. You'll be the go-to expert for brand owners looking to maximize their TikTok presence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Brand Ownership: You'll manage a selection of brands as their dedicated point of contact, focusing on creating content that aligns with the brand's identity.
- Trend & Format Development: You'll identify emerging TikTok trends early and develop new content formats that convert and scale.
- Creator Coaching: You'll provide creative briefs, hooks, and trend insights to your affiliate partners, helping them create videos that perform and convert.
- Creator Scouting & Development: You'll identify and develop promising creators, building long-term partnerships instead of relying on one-off collaborations.
- Creative Briefing: You'll translate brand goals into clear, actionable briefs that empower creators to produce TikTok-native content that performs.
- TikTok Collaboration: You'll stay in regular contact with TikTok's own teams, keep up with algorithm updates, and strategically leverage new features for your brands.
Your Background
You'll need:
- Initial experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media, ideally with a focus on measurable results.
- TikTok native: You'll spot trends before they peak and know how to turn them into repeatable content formats.
- Strong understanding of TikTok hooks, social commerce, and creator content optimization – you'll know what makes content perform and convert.
- Native-level Portuguese and excellent English communication skills for internal and external communication.
