Hiring: General Manager for a Fencing and Perimeter Security Company — 0K-5K + Annual Bonus
We are a rapidly expanding fencing and perimeter security contractor, part of a larger multi-company group, dedicated to providing comprehensive security solutions. Our mission is to protect and secure our clients' properties through state-of-the-art fencing and perimeter security systems. We are seeking a General Manager to lead the development of a new regional operation from the ground up.
You will begin as the sole General Manager, focusing on building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the initial stages of estimating projects. This role will require you to work closely with your team to build a comprehensive security strategy and develop a strong operational framework. Once the initial operations are secured, you will be responsible for hiring and managing a team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Pay: 0K-5K base salary, plus a comprehensive Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), offering significant equity in the company.

Travel Expectations:

Responsibilities:
- Build and cultivate new customer relationships to secure contracts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fencing and perimeter security industry.
- Develop and implement an initial project and operational strategy.
- Build and manage a team to ensure the efficient and effective operation of security systems.
- Work closely with team members to ensure the highest quality of service and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the fencing and perimeter security industry.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and lead a team.
- Excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools and systems.
- Must be able to travel extensively across different states to stand up operations.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Industry certifications such as Certified Fencing Systems Installer (CFSI) or Certified Security Systems Installer (CSSI) would be advantageous but not required.
Salary Range:
- Base salary: 0K-5K
- Potential annual bonus: K-K (percentage of base salary)
