As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for:

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong background in software development, with at least 5 years of experience as a Lead Developer or equivalent role.
- A deep understanding of programming languages and frameworks, including Java, Python, and Node.js.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with version control systems and agile development methodologies.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git and familiarity with tools such as Jenkins and CircleCI.
The ideal candidate for this role should have:
