Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Social-Media-Strategien, um unsere Zielgruppen auf Plattformen wie Instagram, Facebook, TikTok und LinkedIn zu erreichen.
• Erstellung und Bearbeitung von ansprechenden Inhalten (Text, Bild, Video) für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle, die das Engagement steigern und unsere Markenwerte widerspiegeln.
• Planung und Durchführung von Social-Media-Kampagnen, einschließlich der Überwachung von KPIs und der Erstellung von Performance-Reports.
• Interaktion mit unserer Community durch das Beantworten von Kommentaren und Nachrichten sowie das Fördern eines positiven Dialogs.
• Unterstützung bei der Analyse aktueller Trends und der Wettbewerbslandschaft, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und neue Ideen in unsere Social-Media-Präsenz einzubringen.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Social Media Plattformen wie Facebook, TikTok, Instagram und LinkedIn.
