Deine Mission

Du arbeitest mit Großunternehmen daran, wie ihre Technologielandschaft in fünf Jahren aussehen soll, und baust mit ihnen die ersten konkreten Schritte dahin. Mal ist das ein Architektur-Blueprint für eine Cloud-Transformation mit Vorstandssichtbarkeit, mal ein Prototyp für eine Agentic-AI-Plattform, mal die Modernisierung eines Bestandssystems, das seit zwanzig Jahren das Kerngeschäft trägt. Was diese Projekte verbindet: du bist nah genug an der Technologie, nah an den Entscheidern, und früh genug dabei, um die Richtung zu prägen.

Aufgaben

Das erwartet dich

Idealerweise hast du deine Heimat in einem oder zwei der folgenden Schwerpunkte und entwickelst dich auch in die anderen weiter.

Cloud-Native Architektur & Engineering

Microservice-Landschaften, Event-Driven Architectures und Domain-Driven Designs für komplexe Geschäftslogik. Du entkoppelst Bestandssysteme strategisch und integrierst sie in moderne Topologien. Typische Stacks: Java/Spring Boot, Go, Node.js, plus Frontends in React oder Angular.

Platform Engineering & DevOps

Interne Developer-Plattformen auf CNCF-Basis: Kubernetes, Crossplane, ArgoCD, Helm. Du baust Golden Paths, IaC- und GitOps-Workflows, die Entwicklungsteams wirklich nutzen wollen. Cloud-seitig in AWS, Azure oder GCP.

Agentic AI Architecture

Architektur agentischer Systeme im Unternehmenskontext: Multi-Agent-Topologien, MCP- und A2A-basierte Integrationen, Orchestrierungsmuster zwischen LLMs, deterministischer Logik und Bestandssystemen. Du hast eine klare Sicht darauf, welche Systemklassen heute produktionsreif sind und welche noch nicht.

Modern, AI-led Engineering

Wie moderne Engineering-Teams liefern. GenAI im SDLC selbst: Coding-Assistenten, agentische Engineering-Workflows, KI-gestützte Reviews und Tests. Dazu die Developer-Experience- und Engineering-Praktiken, die solche Workflows im Großmaßstab tragfähig machen. Du hast eine fundierte Meinung dazu, wo AI in der Softwareentwicklung heute schon liefert und wo noch nicht.

Tech-Led Strategy & Modernisierung

Hier geht es um Technologie als Strategie-Hebel, nicht um klassische Enterprise-Architecture-Methodik. Du übersetzt, was technisch heute möglich ist, in Roadmaps, die das Geschäftsmodell verändern. Architektur-Assessments und Modernisierungsprogramme sind dabei das Werkzeug, mit dem du dorthin steuerst.

Wie ein typisches Projekt aussieht

• Architektur-Workshops mit Lead-Architekt:innen und IT-Leitung des Kunden
• Konkrete Lösungsdesigns für einen Geschäftsbereich oder eine fachliche Capability
• Hands-on-Prototypen, mit denen wir Architekturentscheidungen verproben statt sie nur zu behaupten
• Übergabe an Delivery-Teams oder Begleitung der Umsetzung, wenn das Projekt es verlangt
• Stakeholder-Arbeit auf C-Level, dokumentiert auf einem Niveau, das vor dem CIO besteht
