Du bist Product Owner – aber dein Produkt ist kein einzelnes Kundenprojekt, sondern das Thema KI & Automatisierung bei raphael. Sobald es in einem Projekt oder bei einem Kunden um KI geht, wirkst du mit: mal persönlich im Kundentermin, mal im Hintergrund als Sparringspartner:in für unsere anderen POs. Dazu baust du unsere internen KI-Strukturen auf.

Dabei bist du nicht allein. Du hast direktes Sparring mit internen KI-Enthusiasten aus Entwicklung, Projektleitung und Geschäftsführung. Die Richtung gebt ihr gemeinsam vor – der Owner bist du. Aufgaben

KI in unsere Projekte und zu unseren Kunden bringen

• Du gehst mit unseren POs und Projektleitern:innen ins Sparring zu der Frage: Was geht bei diesem Kunden mit KI? Zuhören, nachhaken, gemeinsam Use Cases entwickeln, die wir dem Kunden vorstellen können
• Du schätzt Machbarkeit, Aufwand und Geschäftsnutzen realistisch ein – inklusive der ehrlichen Antwort, wenn KI nicht die richtige Lösung ist
• Du baust eigene Prototypen mit LLMs, RAG, Agenten-Workflows und Automatisierungs-Tools (z. B. n8n, Make) und schreibst Lösungskonzepte, die unser Entwicklungsteam direkt umsetzen kann
• Du setzt individuelle Chatbots für Kundenprojekte auf, entwickelst dabei MCP-Schnittstellen, schärfst Prompts und sicherst die Ausgabequalität, bis unsere POs das eigenständig können

KI-Kompetenz im Team ausbauen

• Du baust unsere KI-Strukturen weiter auf: Tools, Prozesse, Standards – immer mit Blick auf den effektiven Nutzen
• Du bringst dein Wissen Schritt für Schritt zu unseren POs und Entwickler:innen, bis Standardfälle selbstverständlich im Team laufen
• Du etablierst Best Practices und Bewertungsraster für Use-Case-Entscheidungen, in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung

Qualifikation

Fachlich

• Ein nachweislich langjähriges, tiefes Technik-Fundament: Du hast selbst Software entwickelt und/oder Systeme architektiert. Web und Digital sind seit vielen Jahren dein Zuhause, nicht erst seit dem KI-Hype
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner, technische:r Projektleiter:in, Consultant oder Senior-Entwickler:in mit Kundenkontakt, idealerweise im Digital- oder Agenturumfeld
• Solides Verständnis moderner Web-Architekturen: API-first, Headless, REST/Webhooks, Integrationen mit CMS, CRM und ERP
• Python oder TypeScript auf produktivem Niveau, Prototypen baust du selbst
• Praktische KI-Erfahrung: LLMs, Prompting und Context Engineering, RAG, Automatisierungs-Tools. Ob beruflich oder aus eigenem Antrieb ist uns egal, Hauptsache du kannst sie zeigen
• Agile Methoden aus der Praxis, nicht aus dem Lehrbuch

Persönlich

• Du kannst Technik in Geschäftsnutzen übersetzen – für Entscheider:innen beim Kunden genauso wie für Entwickler:innen
• Du bist proaktiv: Du wartest nicht auf Aufgaben, du holst sie dir
• Du bist kreativ in der Use-Case-Generierung und siehst Möglichkeiten, wo andere "geht nicht" sagen
• Du hast Realitätssinn: Der beste Use Case ist nicht der spektakulärste, sondern einer, der Mehrwert liefert
• Du arbeitest gerne im Sparring-Modus: Ideen einbringen, verwerfen, neu denken

• Jahrelange KI-Berufserfahrung. Die hat 2026 fast niemand – uns zählt dein Tech-Fundament plus belegbare KI-Praxis
• Personalverantwortung von Tag eins. Du startest als inhaltlicher Treiber; Führung wächst mit dem Bereich
• Jedes KI-Tool. Neugier und Lernhunger sind Pflicht, Vollständigkeit nicht

Aber ehrlich gesagt: Ohne echtes Tech-Fundament wird das nichts. Wer nie selbst ernsthaft Software gebaut hat, wird in dieser Rolle nicht glücklich – und wir auch nicht.
