Wir bei bitaggregat entwickeln Cybersicherheitslösungen und unterstützen unsere Kunden dabei, Informationssicherheit strukturiert aufzubauen und wirksam umzusetzen. Dabei begleiten wir Organisationen unter anderem bei Themen wie ISMS, ISO 27001, NIS2 und weiteren regulatorischen bzw. normativen Anforderungen.

Für unseren Bereich IT Security Consulting suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die neben der fachlichen Führung insbesondere Verantwortung für Teamsteuerung, Mitarbeiterentwicklung und die Qualität der Beratungsleistung übernimmt. Du führst das Team organisatorisch und personell, entwickelst Kolleg:innen weiter und arbeitest in ausgewählten Kundenprojekten selbst mit. Vertrieb, Portfolioentwicklung und Wachstum sind nicht Teil dieser Rolle.

Aufgaben

Teamführung & Bereichsverantwortung

• Du führst das Team im Bereich IT Security Consulting fachlich, organisatorisch und personell.
• Du planst Einsätze, Prioritäten und Kapazitäten im Team und sorgst für eine verlässliche Aufgabenverteilung.
• Du führst regelmäßige Feedback-, Entwicklungs- und Abstimmungsgespräche und unterstützt Kolleg:innen in ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung.
• Du entwickelst Standards, Vorlagen und bewährte Vorgehensweisen für die Beratungsarbeit weiter und stellst eine hohe Qualität der Ergebnisse sicher.
• Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung sowie angrenzenden Expert:innen und Partnern zusammen.

Kundenprojekte & Projektumsetzung

• Du steuerst ausgewählte Kundenprojekte oder zentrale Projektphasen und unterstützt das Team bei fachlich anspruchsvollen oder kritischen Themen.
• Du begleitest den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung von ISMS und übersetzt Anforderungen aus ISO 27001, NIS2, IT-Grundschutz und ähnlichen Rahmenwerken in konkrete Maßnahmen.
• Du führst Risikoanalysen durch, priorisierst Handlungsfelder und begleitest Kunden bis zur Audit-Vorbereitung.
• Du koordinierst Spezialthemen wie z. B. Pentests gemeinsam mit internen Expert:innen oder Partnern und verfolgst Maßnahmen bis zur Umsetzung.

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT-Security, Informationssicherheit, IT-Governance oder Security Consulting
• Erfahrung in der Führung, Entwicklung oder fachlichen Steuerung von Mitarbeitenden oder kleinen Teams
• Sehr gutes praktisches Verständnis für ISMS / ISO 27001 und angrenzende Themen der Informationssicherheit
• Souveränität in der Steuerung von Kundenprojekten und in der Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
• Fähigkeit, Verantwortung für Team, Qualität und Bereichsorganisation zu übernehmen und Orientierung im Arbeitsalltag zu geben
• Strukturierte, eigenständige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gutes Deutsch (verhandlungssicher) und gutes Englisch (fließend)

Nice to have

• Erfahrung in regulierten oder KRITIS-nahen Umfeldern
• Know-how in Themen wie IT-Grundschutz, BCM, IAM, Logging/SIEM, Vulnerability Management oder Backup & Recovery
• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Spezialist:innen oder Partnern
• Zertifizierungen wie z. B. ISO 27001, CISM, CISSP oder vergleichbar
