Für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Systeme suchen wir einen Team Lead IT (m/w/d), der Technologie, Führung und Innovation miteinander verbindet.

Aufgaben

• Tech Lead: Du triffst die wesentlichen technischen Entscheidungen rund um Architektur, Tech-Stack, Tooling und Entwicklungsprozesse.
• Teamführung: Du führst unser IT-Team disziplinarisch und fachlich – von 1:1s und Feedback über Recruiting und Onboarding bis hin zur Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder.
• Hands-on Entwicklung: Du bleibst selbst nah am Code und bist aktiver Teil der technischen Konzeption und Entwicklung unserer Webanwendungen.
• Produktverantwortung: Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung unserer öffentlichen Web-Shops sowie einer Vielzahl interner Software-Produkte – von Artikelverwaltung über Logistik bis hin zur automatisierten Qualitätsprüfung von Smartphones.
• KI & Innovation: Du treibst den Einsatz von KI in unserer Entwicklung und unseren Produkten aktiv voran und gestaltest moderne, KI-gestützte Entwicklungsprozesse mit.
• Qualität & Zusammenarbeit: Du sorgst für eine saubere Balance zwischen Feature-Entwicklung, technischer Qualität und Tech-Debt-Abbau und bist Sparringspartner für Geschäftsführung und Produktmanagement bei technischen Fragen und Roadmap-Themen.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Fullstack-Entwickler und bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt – beispielsweise als Team Lead, Tech Lead, Lead Developer oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
• Technologieverständnis: Du bist mit einem zeitgemäßen Web-Tech-Stack vertraut, hast ein gutes Gespür für Software-Architektur und triffst pragmatische Technologie-Entscheidungen mit Weitblick.
• KI-Affinität: Du nutzt moderne KI-Modelle aktiv im Entwicklungsalltag und brennst dafür, deren Einsatz im Team und in unseren Produkten weiter auszubauen.
• Qualitätsbewusstsein: Du programmierst mit Leidenschaft und legst großen Wert auf nachhaltige, qualitativ hochwertige Software.
• Leadership: Du führst Menschen empathisch, klar und auf Augenhöhe und hast echtes Interesse an ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung.
