Glow25 wächst schnell und mit dem Wachstum wächst die Notwendigkeit, Kosten transparent zu machen und Entscheidungen datenbasiert zu treffen. Als Team Lead Controlling & Reporting (all genders) verantwortest du die Kostenseite der GUV, führst unser Controlling Team und baust eine skalierbare, datengetriebene Steuerungsfunktion auf. Du bist nah am Business, denkst in Strukturen und Prozessen und entwickelst dein Team aktiv weiter.

In diesem Bereich brauchen wir Deine Unterstützung:

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Du verantwortest die Kostenseite der GUV, von OPEX über Personalkosten bis hin zu Fixkostenentwicklungen und machst Kostentreiber sichtbar und steuerbar.
• Du erstellst Budget-, Forecast- und Plan-Ist-Vergleiche und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
• Du verantwortest den Forecast- und Budget-Prozess von der Planung über die Koordination mit den Fachbereichen bis zur finalen Konsolidierung.
• Du bereitest Management-Reports auf, klar, verständlich und entscheidungsrelevant.

Prozesse & Projekte

• Du treibst den Fast Close aktiv voran und sorgst dafür, dass Zahlen schneller verfügbar sind.
• Du baust und pflegst unsere Kostenstellenstruktur, sauber, skalierbar und wachstumsgerecht.
• Du entwickelst unsere BI-Tools und Dashboards weiter und sorgst für transparente, aktuelle Kostenkennzahlen.
• Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Controlling-Prozesse mit und bringst dich in unsere Finance-Projektroadmap ein.

Teamführung & Entwicklung

• Du führst das Controlling-Team fachlich und disziplinarisch. Du gibst Orientierung, priorisierst und entwickelst dein Team aktiv weiter.
• Du bist Sparringspartner und Mentor.
• Du schaffst ein Umfeld in dem dein Team eigenverantwortlich arbeiten und wirklich etwas bewegen kann.

Business Partnering

• Du bist Ansprechperson für Department Heads bei Kostenfragen und übersetzt Zahlen in verständliche Handlungsoptionen.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Accounting, HR und Operations zusammen und bist die Brücke zwischen operativem Geschäft und Finance.

Du bringst folgende Erfahrungen mit:

• Du hast ein (Master) Studium in BWL mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling oder einem verwandten Studiengang abgeschlossen.
• Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling oder FP&A mit, idealerweise aus einem wachstumsstarken oder E-Commerce-Umfeld.
• Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führung von Teams.
• Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis von GUV, Kostenstrukturen, Budgetierung und Forecasting.
• MUST-have: Du arbeitest sicher mit Excel zur strukturierten Datenaufbereitung.
• Du hast Erfahrung mit BI-Tools wie Power BI oder Tableau
• Du kommunizierst auf Deutsch auf C1-Niveau und auf Englisch mindestens auf B2-Niveau.
