Senior Full-Stack Developer
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our rapidly growing technology company, where you'll be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions that shape the future of digital experiences. As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web and mobile applications using modern technologies. This role requires a combination of skills in JavaScript, React, and other related frameworks, along with a solid understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js and Python.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development:
- Design and implement efficient and scalable solutions for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications using modern technologies.
2. Frontend Development:
- Utilize React and other front-end frameworks to create responsive and engaging user interfaces.
- Implement modern JavaScript practices, including ES6+ and TypeScript.
- Focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
3. Backend Development:
- Develop and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and Python.
- Implement RESTful APIs and ensure they are secure and performant.
- Work on database design, optimization, and security measures.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Perform unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality code.
- Collaborate with QA teams to identify and fix issues.
- Implement continuous integration and deployment practices to improve development efficiency.
5. Documentation and Architecture:
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation for the applications you develop.
- Participate in architecture discussions to contribute to the design of the technology stack.
- Implement microservices or other architectural patterns to enhance system scalability and maintainability.
6. Project Management:
- Work closely with project managers to manage timelines and budgets.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to code cleanup and refactoring.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices within the team.
7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with designers, UX/UI teams, and other developers to ensure seamless collaboration and integration.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide project updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Solid understanding of backend technologies such as Python, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks and tools.
- Experience with database design and optimization.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
