Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance existing IT infrastructures (servers, networks, cloud)
- Handle IT issues at 2nd/3rd levels, prioritizing tasks effectively
- Monitor and resolve incidents, ensuring system security
- Implement IT projects, including Microsoft 365, virtualization, and network solutions
- Provide remote and in-person support to customers
Qualifications
- IT education (e.g., Computer Science, Systems Integration)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Windows Server / Client
- Experience with network infrastructure, including servers, networks, and virtualization
- Self-sufficiency and customer-oriented approach
