Job Description

Unser Kunde entwickelt und vermarktet seit Jahrzehnten zukunftsweisende Kommunikationssysteme, welche vornehmlich im behördlichen Umfeld zum Einsatz kommen. Das Hauptaugenmerk des Kunden liegt auf der Entwicklung, Produktion und Distribution von Lösungen für sichere und störungsfreie Sprach- und Datenübertragung. Speziell Feuerwehr und Polizei vertrauen im Einsatz auf die Produkte unseres Kunden "Made in Germany".

Wir suchen für den Kunden einen erfahrenen Lead Systemarchitekten (m/w/d) der die Architektur des Systems maßgeblich gestaltet.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für skalierbare End-to-End-IoT-Architekturen über Edge, Gateway und Cloud
• Eigenständiger Entwurf der Systemarchitektur
• Konzeption robuster, sicherer und hochverfügbarer IoT-Kommunikationslösungen basierend auf technischen Anforderungen
• Definition und Integration von Protokollen, Schnittstellen und Datenmodellen unter Berücksichtigung von Skalierbarkeit, Performance und Security-by-Design
• Technische Führung und Hands-on-Entwicklung von Embedded-, Edge- und Backend-Komponenten, inkl. Code-Reviews und Coaching
• Sicherstellung von regulatorischer Konformität und Pflege belastbarer Architektur-, System- und Sicherheitsdokumentation

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Systemarchitekturen für komplexe technische Systeme
• Fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von IoT-Lösungen oder verteilten Systemen
• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse von IoT-Kommunikationsarchitekturen und industriellen Kommunikationskonzepten
• Erfahrung mit verteilten, ressourcenbeschränkten Systemen im Embedded- und Edge-Umfeld
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien und drahtloser Kommunikation
• Erfahrung mit Cloud- und IoT-Plattformen (z. B. AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Siemens Insights Hub, Bosch IoT Suite, Google Cloud IoT oder vergleichbare Plattformen)
• Erfahrung in der Definition und Integration von Protokollen, Schnittstellen und Datenmodellen
• Kenntnisse moderner Software- und Systemarchitekturen mit Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit, Hochverfügbarkeit und Security-by-Design
• Erfahrung in technischer Führung, Architektur-Governance sowie Durchführung von Code-Reviews
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

- Erfahrung mit IoT-Funktechnologien wie LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, LTE-M, Zigbee, Thread, Bluetooth Low Energy oder Wireless M-Bus
Kenntnisse in Gerätemanagement, OTA-Updates und Device Lifecycle Management
- Erfahrung im Bereich IoT Security, Secure Boot, PKI, Zertifikatsmanagement und Secure Firmware Updates
