• 1st und 2nd Level Support im Client-Management (O365, M365, AzureAD,…)
• Administration, Support von Clients und Anwender
• Direkter Kontakt mit Endanwendern am Service Desk und an den Kunden-Standorten im Raum Landsberg a. Lech
• Umgang mit einem Ticketsystem und Dokumentation Deiner Tätigkeiten im Ticketsystem
• Installation und Konfiguration von Hardware- und Softwarekomponenten
• Analyse und Behebung von Störungen

Dein Profil

• Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (w/m/d) oder bist Quereinsteiger (w/m/d) mit entsprechender Erfahrung und Motivation
• Du besitzt Praxiserfahrung im IT Support (First- und Second Level), Kundensupport, Telefonsupport bzw. User Helpdesk
• Auch hast Du Lust – so wie wir - auf den Modern Workplace und Themen wie Office 365, Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure etc.
• Du kannst Dich sicher im Handling und der Dokumentation von Ticketsystemen, wie Jira, ServiceNow, Helpline bewegen
• Wenn es um Incident und Requests geht, hast Du immer den Überblick, denn Du behältst immer einen kühlen Kopf
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
• Durch Dein offenes und freundliches Auftreten fühlen sich unsere Kunden immer wohl und freuen sich, Deine Hilfe zu bekommen
• Deine Arbeitsweise ist durch Deine guten technischen und analytischen Fähigkeiten geprägt
