Bei uns bist du mehr als nur Marketing Manager: Du baust gemeinsam mit uns das Marketing auf und entwickelst Marktstrategien. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem Führungsteam zusammen, übernimmst früh Verantwortung und gestaltest maßgeblich unseren Auftritt und die Kommunikation mit den unterschiedlichen Zielmärkten und Kundengruppen. Aufgaben
- Entwickle mit uns Go-to-Market-Strategien und sorge für die entsprechende Umsetzung
- Plane und setze eigenständig Marketingmaßnahmen um (online & offline)
- Baue unsere Social-Media-Präsenz auf und entwickle sie kontinuierlich weiter
- Erstelle Fach-Content wie Beiträge, Website-Inhalte, Präsentationen und ggf. Newsletter
- Konzipiere, steuere und optimiere unsere Kampagnen und unsere Kundenansprache
- Analysiere die Performance unserer Maßnahmen und leite konkrete Verbesserungen ab
- Wirke aktiv an unserer Positionierung und erzeuge konkreten Auftragseingang
- Gestalte visuelle Assets wie Social Media-Grafiken und Pitch Decks
- Teste und nutze KI-Tools im Marketing (z. B. für Content und Automatisierung)
- Arbeite eng mit Geschäftsführung, Produkt und Vertrieb zusammen
Qualifikation
- Mindestens 2–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise in einer generalistischen Rolle und/oder in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen (z. B. Versorgung, MedTech oder vergleichbar)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Social Media, einschlägigen Tools und Content-Erstellung
- Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, Themen eigenständig voranzutreiben
- Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI im Marketing
- Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
