Job Title: Full Stack Web Developer

Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development:
- Collaborate with designers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Develop and implement responsive web design that meets user experience standards.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies like React.
- Implement server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js for backend services.
- Debug and fix issues using best practices in front-end and back-end development.
2. Front-End Development:
- Create and maintain beautiful and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
- Utilize CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS for consistent styling.
- Write unit tests and integration tests using Jest and Enzyme for a robust development process.
- Optimize performance using AOT, Webpack, and other modern front-end optimization techniques.
3. Back-End Development:
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Express.js for seamless communication between frontend and backend.
- Implement database interactions using MySQL or PostgreSQL, ensuring efficient data retrieval and storage.
- Write SQL queries to manage and analyze large datasets.
4. Project Management:
- Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address issues and provide clear project updates.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Actively participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Work with other developers to design and implement new features and maintain existing applications.
- Attend regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Technical Skills and Requirements:
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.js.
- Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
- Experience with databases, SQL, and database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Proficient in front-end frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Good understanding of software development methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
