The Role
Contract Law: NDA Associate
As a Commercial Contracts Associate, you will support Norm Law clients in the drafting, review, and execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Your role will leverage AI agents to enhance efficiency and accuracy in document management and execution processes.
- Draft and review NDAs using AI agents to meet client guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients, partners, and technology teams to ensure AI agents understand client-specific contexts and compare client practices with playbook positions.
- Integrate AI agents into workflow management, execution, negotiation, and coordination with counterparties for NDAs.
- Partner with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and velocity.
- Collaborate with technology teams to optimize the NDA review process using AI.
- Manage high volumes of requests, maintain trackers, and communicate with clients on timely expectations.
Requirements
- Solicitor admitted in England and Wales with a current SRA certificate.
- 2-3+ years of experience in reviewing NDAs or similar agreements.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Interest in applying technology to enhance traditional deal workflows.
