Die AWP Wirtschaftstreuhand GmbH ist Mitglied des Netzwerkverbunds der LKC, welchem über 30 Kanzleien deutschlandweit angehören. Die gesuchte Person wird deshalb nicht nur für die AWP als Arbeitgeber tätig sein, sondern soll im Rahmen der gesamten LKC-Gruppe ihre fachliche Kompetenz auftrags- und fallbezogen einbringen können.

Damit schaffen wir mehr Zeit für unsere Mandanten und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben rund um die Gestaltungsberatung. Aufgaben

Ihre Aufgaben.

Als Gestaltungsberater für Restrukturierung und Unternehmensnachfolge erwartet Sie ein spannendes und herausforderndes Tätigkeitsfeld. Als steuerlicher Experte erarbeiten Sie in engem Austausch mit dem jeweiligen mandatsverantwortlichen Partner individuelle Gestaltungskonzepte und begleiten deren Umsetzung bis zum Abschluss. Maßgeschneiderte Lösungen und Strategien werden von Ihnen entwickelt, um Unternehmen in sensiblen Umstellungsphasen erfolgreich zu begleiten. Sie führen unsere Mandanten durch steuerliche und rechtliche Herausforderungen und unterstützen sie als vertrauensvoller Partner. Hierbei fungieren Sie als standortübergreifender Berater der LKC-Gruppe. Ihren beruflichen Sitz hätten Sie je nach Ihrer privaten und familiären Orientierung in einer unserer Partnerkanzleien in Regensburg (AWP), Augsburg (GRP Günter Reitmayer GmbH & Co. KG) oder München. Ihre Beratungsaufträge werden dabei durch Kanzleien der LKC-Gruppe generiert, sodass Sie auch überregionale Aufträge bearbeiten werden, jedoch mit Schwerpunkt im süddeutschen Raum. In dieser Rolle können Sie Ihre Expertise in einem dynamischen Umfeld einsetzen und sich kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.

Unter anderem erwarten Sie folgende Tätigkeiten:

• Erstellung und operative Umsetzung von Umwandlungen, Restrukturierungen sowie der Nachfolgeberatung
• Steuerrechtliche Beratung bei der Unternehmensnachfolge und Begleitung bei der Ausarbeitung der erforderlichen Verträge und weiteren rechtlichen Maßnahmen
• Erstellung von Gutachten und Stellungnahmen

Qualifikation

Ihr Profil.

Sie sind ein Teamplayer und finden sich in folgenden Punkten wieder? Dann freuen wir uns, Sie bei der LKC willkommen zu heißen.

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Steuerberaterexamen und/oder zweites juristisches Staatsexamen
• Idealerweise mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Steuerberater und/oder Rechtsanwalt in der Gestaltungsberatung
• Fundiertes steuerliches, betriebswirtschaftliches und juristisches Wissen mit Fokus auf dem Umwandlungs(steuer)recht und Erbschaftsteuerrecht
• Engagierte, unternehmerische und selbständige Arbeitsweise
• DATEV- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
• Kommunikative Persönlichkeit und Freude am Austausch mit Mandanten
