Wir stellen uns vor

KSP – Rund 70 Persönlichkeiten, zwei Standorte in Düsseldorf und München, das nahezu gesamte Spektrum der Steuerberatung und Wirtschaftsprüfung und Mandate, die vom regionalen Mittelständler bis hin zum internationalen Konzern reichen. So weit so gut – doch was unterscheidet uns wirklich von anderen Kanzleien unserer Größenordnung?

Zum einen betreuen wir überdurchschnittlich viele größere und international aufgestellte Unternehmen. Mit unserem mehrsprachigen Team und unseren Spanish, Chinese und Japanese Desks beraten wir Mandanten direkt in ihrer Landessprache. Wer jedoch lieber den Fokus auf nationale Mandate legt, ist bei uns mindestens genauso richtig.

Zum anderen – und das ist unserer Meinung noch viel wichtiger – sind es die unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten hinter KSP, die unsere Kanzlei prägen. Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

Als Steuerberater (m/w/d) übernimmst du bei uns eine zentrale Rolle. Du bist direkte Ansprechperson für deine Mandate und betreust Unternehmen sowie Privatpersonen umfassend in steuerlichen und wirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen – fachlich fundiert, digital unterstützt und immer praxisnah. Dabei gestaltest du aktiv mit, bringst dein Know-how ein und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Kanzlei bei.

• Du betreust deine Mandate ganzheitlich und eigenverantwortlich – von der laufenden Beratung bis zur steuerlichen Gestaltungsplanung.
• Du erstellst Jahresabschlüsse für Personen- und Kapitalgesellschaften und begleitest Betriebsprüfungen mit Überblick und Fachkompetenz.
• Du prüfst Steuerbescheide und übernimmst die Erstellung sowie fachliche Durchsicht von Steuererklärungen für Unternehmen und Privatpersonen.
• Du klärst umsatzsteuerliche Fragestellungen und unterstützt bei komplexen steuerlichen Sachverhalten – auch (sofern gewünscht) mit internationalem Bezug.

Qualifikation

Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, findest fundierte Lösungen und willst deine Mandate eigenständig und vorausschauend betreuen? Gleichzeitig ist dir ein Umfeld wichtig, das fachliche Tiefe, Internationalität und echtes Teamgefühl vereint? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

• Du hast das Steuerberaterexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringst idealerweise erste bis mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit.
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit DATEV und kennst dich mit den gängigen digitalen Tools und Prozessen in der Steuerberatung aus.
• Du bewegst dich souverän in steuerlichen Fragestellungen – idealerweise auch mit internationalem Bezug.
• Du arbeitest diskret, verantwortungsbewusst und zuverlässig – mit dem Blick fürs Wesentliche.
• Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und möchtest diese bei Bedarf durch die Unterstützung unseres Inhouse-Englischtrainers weiterentwickeln.
