Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Softwarelösungen – von der Architektur bis zum produktiven Betrieb
• Integration von KI-Funktionen in bestehende und neue Anwendungen – inklusive schrittweiser, risikoarmer Umstellung gewachsener, betriebskritischer Systeme im laufenden Betrieb
• Nutzung KI-gestützter Entwicklungswerkzeuge (z. B. Codex, Claude Code) zur Steigerung von Qualität und Geschwindigkeit
• Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
• Verantwortung für den gesamten Software-Life-Cycle: Konzept, Umsetzung, Test, Deployment, Betrieb
• Mitgestaltung unserer technischen Roadmap – insbesondere im Bereich KI und Automatisierung

Qualifikation

Dein Profil

Must-have – KI:

• Praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung KI-gestützter Anwendungen – von kleinen und mittleren Projekten bis hin zu komplexen Anwendungen (z. B. mit OpenAI-, Anthropic- oder vergleichbaren APIs)
• Verständnis für Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) und Embeddings
• Sicherer, produktiver Umgang mit KI-Coding-Assistenten im Entwicklungsalltag
• Bewusstsein für Datenschutz (DSGVO) und EU AI Act bei der Umsetzung von KI-Features
