Job Title: Full Stack Developer - Frontend and Backend
Location: Remote or Local, depending on the project requirements
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in software development and web development
Key Responsibilities:
1. Frontend Development:
- Implement and maintain visually appealing and responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with the frontend team to ensure a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.
- Work on project-specific front-end components and UI designs, integrating them with the backend to provide a cohesive user interface.
- Participate in the design process, contributing to the creation of intuitive and accessible interfaces.
2. Backend Development:
- Design and implement the backend of web applications, utilizing technologies such as Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code to support the frontend's needs and ensure optimal performance.
- Handle database interactions, including querying, inserting, and updating records.
- Implement RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between the frontend and backend.
3. Integration and Testing:
- Collaborate with the frontend and backend teams to integrate new features and changes smoothly.
- Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Perform testing and debugging to identify and fix issues in the frontend and backend components.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure best practices are followed and code is reviewed by peers.
4. Project Management:
- Participate in project planning and execution, including setting clear goals and timelines.
- Work closely with the project manager to manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Manage the development process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues.
5. Documentation and Support:
- Write detailed documentation for frontend and backend components, including API documentation.
- Provide support to the frontend and backend teams, including answering questions and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with the project manager and stakeholders to ensure that the software meets the requirements and expectations.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the front-end frameworks Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of database design principles and experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with RESTful design patterns.
- Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly resolve issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Familiarity with modern front-end tools and development methodologies.
