We are seeking motivated individuals who can support our customers and partners effectively and manage administrative processes behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Handle and maintain customer inquiries and tasks in the back office
- Review and update customer and order data
- Handle customer-related tasks such as billing, quotes, and bookings
- Support with error reporting, cancellations, and returns
- Provide excellent customer service by phone and in writing
Requirements
- Experience in the photovoltaic field is a prerequisite
- Proven experience in customer service or in process management
- Comfort with using a computer and digital applications
- Structured, meticulous, and self-directed work approach
- Excellent German language skills in both spoken and written form
- Enjoy communicating and having a strong service mindset
