#### Key Responsibilities
- First-Level Contact: You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries via phone and email, and maintaining the administrative overview of ongoing cases.
- Customization of Software: You will configure the AlphaController software to meet the specific needs of each client, from feature configuration to permission structures.
- Problem Identification: You will analyze dependencies and error sources in the software system before they become problems for the customer.

- Minimum of Three Years of Experience in Customer Contact or Support
