Aufgaben

Deine Mission
Wir suchen Dich als Software Entwickler (m/w/d) Tool Update VS17 am Standort Stuttgart (hybrid).

Deine Aufgaben dabei sind:

• Planung und Durchführung der Migration auf Visual Studio 2017
• Anpassung und Optimierung der Build-Toolchain (CMake, MSBuild, Ninja)
• Aktualisierung der CI/CD-Pipelines und Windows-Build-Umgebungen
• Analyse und Behebung von Build-, Compiler- und Linkerfehlern
• Migration und Validierung von Drittanbieter-Bibliotheken sowie SDK-/Runtime-Abhängigkeiten
• Durchführung automatisierter Tests sowie Sicherstellung der Build- und Release-Qualität
• Erstellung von Rollout-Konzepten, Dokumentation und Wissenstransfer
• Überwachung und Optimierung der Build-Stabilität und Performance

Qualifikation

Dein Profil
Folgende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten solltest Du auf jeden Fall mitbringen:

• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung mit Visual Studio (insbesondere VS2017) und MSVC‑Toolchains (v141)
• Sicherer Umgang mit CMake, MSBuild und Build‑Generatoren; Erfahrung mit Ninja von Vorteil
• Erfahrung mit CI/CD‑Systemen (Jenkins und/oder GitLab CI) und Konfiguration von Windows‑Build‑Agenten
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in C++ (Build‑Fehleranalyse, Linker, ABI/CRT‑Fragilitäten)
• Erfahrung mit Migrationen von Compiler/Toolchain (z. B. VS2015 → VS2017) und Umgang mit
  Inkompatibilitäten
• Gute Kenntnisse in Batch/Powershell und Python zur Automatisierung von Installation, Provisioning und Tests
• Erfahrung mit automatisierten Tests und Testframeworks (idealerweise Boost.Test)
• Analytische, selbständige Arbeitsweise und Erfahrung im Erstellen von Rollout‑/Fallback‑Strategien
• Für die effektive Kommunikation im Projektumfeld sowie mit unseren deutschsprachigen Kunden ist ein sehr gutes mündliches und schriftliches Deutsch erforderlich
