Aufgaben

• Du analysierst und bewertest bestehende Systeme und Architekturen (Architektur Reviews).
• Du entwirfst bedarfsorientierte Softwarearchitekturen für eine tragfähige und zukunftsweisende Lösung und stimmst diese mit unseren Kund:innen sowohl remote als auch direkt vor Ort ab.
• Du erstellst hoch performante Software nach kundenspezifischen Vorgaben und Architekturen und triffst Architekturentscheidungen kollaborativ mit dem Projektteam.
• Du bist die Ansprechperson für Entwicklungsteam und Kund:innen und begleitest Projekt persönlich.
• Du unterstützt bei der Softwareentwicklung.
• Du implementierst spezifizierte Anwendungen und Deployments nach agilen Prinzipien.
• Du verantwortest den direkten Austausch und die Wissensweitergabe sowie Entwicklung unseres TechStacks im Unternehmen.
• Du coachst deine Kolleg:innen aktiv mit (Methoden-)Wissen, Erfahrungen und Erkenntnissen.

Qualifikation

• Du bringst eine Fachausbildung oder ein Fachstudium mit (interdisziplinärer Berufshintergrund ist willkommen).
• Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und hast erste Praxiserfahrung als Software Architekt:in.
• Deine Stärke ist ein gesamtheitliches, lösungsorientiertes und abstraktes Denken.
• Du hast Erfahrungen mit aktuellen Technologien bzw. Frontend- /Backend-Frameworks (u.a. Java EE, Spring, Angular, REST).
• Du hast Kenntnisse in Java EE, Java Frameworks (z.B. Spring).
  Du verfügst über Know-how auf dem Gebiet CI/CD.
• Du fühlst dich wohl in einem agilen und crossfunktionalen Team.
• Dich zeichnen Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität aus.
• Du hast Spaß daran, Neues zu entdecken, unterschiedliche Menschen kennenzulernen und deine Expertise dort einzubringen, wo sie gebraucht wird.
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkentnisse in Wort und Schrift.
