Job Description: Full-Stack Web Developer
Location: Remote, Full-Time

Responsibilities:
1. Frontend Development:
- Design and implement visually appealing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with designers to translate design concepts into functional web applications.
- Develop responsive web applications using modern frameworks and libraries such as React and Angular.
- Enhance user experience by optimizing performance and accessibility.
2. Backend Development:
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Node.js, Python, or a similar language.
- Create RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend.
- Ensure robust security measures are in place to protect user data.
3. Database Management:
- Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB to manage and structure data effectively.
- Write efficient queries and implement database optimization strategies.
4. Deployment and Maintenance:
- Set up and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or another tool.
- Monitor application performance and ensure timely maintenance and updates.
5. Communication:
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to coordinate development efforts and address issues.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss project progress and provide updates.
Requirements:
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Full-Stack Developer or similar.
2. Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Full-Stack Web Development.
- Experience with Node.js, Python, or other backend languages.
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular.
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Experience with databases and database management.
3. Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of customer service.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
4. Tools:
- Proficiency with tools such as Git, Node.js, Python, and React.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of web development tools and technologies such as Bootstrap, jQuery, and Webpack.
