Wir sind Proven Impact Agency – eine junge Agentur an der Schnittstelle von Business Consulting, Influencer Management und Creator Economy. Das hier ist kein "Kaffee kochen und zuschauen"-Praktikum. Du bist ab Tag 1 mittendrin, gestaltest mit und siehst direkt, was deine Arbeit bewirkt.

Aufgaben

• Content-Konzepte und Ideen entwickeln, die zu unserer Marke passen – du pitchst uns die Formate, wir stehen vor der Kamera
• Gemeinsames Abfilmen der Inhalte mit unserem Team planen und umsetzen
• Eigenständiger Schnitt der Videos (Reels, Carousels, Stories, LinkedIn-Clips)
• Upload, Captioning und Posting auf Instagram und LinkedIn
• Community Management: Kommentare, DMs und Interaktion mit unserer Zielgruppe
• Content-Kalender aufbauen und pflegen, damit ein roter Faden entsteht

Qualifikation

• Du bist selbst Social-Media-affin – nicht nur als Zuschauer:in, sondern du verstehst, was auf Instagram funktioniert und warum
• Du kannst Videos schneiden, weißt wie man Reels aufbaut und postest
• Erfahrung mit Schnitt-Tools wie CapCut, Edits, Premiere Pro, DaVinci oder Vergleichbarem
• Du hast ein Gespür für Hooks, Storytelling und visuellen Aufbau
• Eigenständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise – du wartest nicht auf Ansagen, du bringst Ideen mit
• Idealerweise studierst du oder hast kürzlich abgeschlossen, aber ehrlich gesagt zählt dein Skillset mehr als dein Abschluss
