Als Social Media Marketing Manager:in (m/w/d) kannst Du bei Inkster den gesamten Prozess von Content-Produktion bis zum Monitoring des von dir erstellten Contents eigenständig durchführen und optimieren und damit ein wichtiges Mitglied unseres kleinen Teams werden!
Aufgaben
- Content-Produktion: Selbständiges Auftragen, Fotografieren und Abfilmen von unseren Natürlichen 2-Wochen Tattoos für unsere Social Media und Paid Kanäle (an dir selbst oder in einem Creative-Shooting von dir selbst organisiert).
- Content-Erstellung: Erstellung von Social Media und Paid-Content Inhalten in Reel-, Post- und Story-Formaten mit Hilfe von Instagram, Canva oder Final-Cut Pro. Sowie die Erstellung verschiedenster Paid-Content-Briefings.
- Monitoring: Analyse der Performance der von dir erstellten Briefings und des Contents, sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Creative Strategistin.
Qualifikation
- Du hast im Bereich Medien, Marketing, Kommunikation studiert oder Du überzeugst uns, dass Du das nicht brauchst
- Unterschiedlichen Anforderungen der Plattformen Instagram, TikTok & Co. sind Dir bekannt und du verbringst auch gerne deine Freizeit auf diesen Plattformen
- Dich zeichnen deine Eigeninitiative & Selbstständigkeit aus
- Du hast Skills in Video- und Bildbearbeitung (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Instagram, Final-Cut Pro)
- Du hast ein Gespür für die aktuellen Trends und ein starkes Interesse für Social Media
- Du kennst den Unterschied zwischen UGC und Video Ads, als auch organic und paid Social Media Content
- Du bist kommunikativ, teamfähig und hast eine sehr ausgeprägte kreative Ader und ein Gespür für die nächsten Social-Media Trends
- Dich zeichnen deine Eigeninitiative & Selbstständigkeit aus
- Du hast sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
