Aufgaben

Was erwartet dich? (je nach Seniorität)

• Du arbeitest mit Kolleg*innen aus verschiedenen Bereichen in einem internationalen Agenturnetzwerk zusammen.
• Eigenständige Entwicklung datenbasierter Konzepte für Performance-Kampagnen auf allen relevanten Social-Media-Kanälen.
• Enger Austausch mit unserer Kreativabteilung für das nächste Winning Creative.
• Kontinuierliches Monitoring, Analyse und strategische Beratung unserer Kund*innen.
• Übernahme von spannenden Key Accounts, Optimierung unserer Prozesse und Rolle als fachliche(r) Ansprechpartner*in im Team.

Qualifikation

Was solltest Du mitbringen?

• Mindestens 2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Agenturumfeld.
• Ein kreatives Mindset gepaart mit einem sehr guten Zahlenverständnis.
• Routine im Projektmanagement und ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kund*innen.
• Hohe Motivation und Umsetzungskraft
• Zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
